The Toronto-based club will be offering two parties on the first weekend of February.

Since its opening in 2014 CODA has become an underground reference on the Canadian electronic music scene. Through the years the venue has brought to the city some of the most important underground worldwide artists, including names like Laurent Garnier, Dixon and Sven Vath. Now it’s time to celebrate its 4th anniversary with two memorable back-to-back February dates.

Joel Smye, one of the club’s partners commented,“Four years in our new home has flown by in an unbelievable way. Since our move from Footwork there’s been a great evolution in the Toronto scene and we’re thrilled to be a part of it. So much heart and soul, so many vibes and tribes, all coming through every weekend keeps us motivated to constantly be improving our home, continuously trying to tweak every detail.

Time seemingly stands still over these years with so many artists and supporters inspiring us to master our craft, and find ways to do better.  It’s ever evolving and we’re more excited now than ever to dig in to chapter 4 with headline acts Format:B and Honey Dijon.”

First, on Friday, February 2nd the Berlin duo Format:B, whose combined musical backgrounds and their trademark MotorFunk-style reaches far beyond the electronic world, will be taking the club on a very-anticipated night. Two local talents, Addy and Bblk, will be warming up the dancefloor for them.

The following evening, on Saturday, February 3rd CODA welcomes house music veteran Miss Honey Dijon for a special open to close set, after a successful 2017 year that included gigs at Panorama Bar, Coachella Music Festival and most recently, Cityfox’s 26-hour NYE celebration in New York, along with her latest mix for BBC’s Essential Mix.
