DGTL returns for its latest edition at ADE

An exciting musical journey coming soon.

On Wednesday, October 16th, 2019, DGTL is back at Amsterdam Dance Event with 5 events and 4 nights of compelling DJ sets and sizzling live performances at the NDSM Warehouse bringing together electronic artists and live musicians for an all-round musical experience.

The artist roster for this year’s edition is as eclectic and full of talent as always, starting with the opening-night pairing of Richie Hawtin‘s CLOSE audio-visual project and Modeselektor‘s energetic and mutating live show, followed the next night by a live concert by Rüfüs Du Sol in the Live Stage and the performances of Jeff Mills, DJ Nobu, Jane Fitz, Ben Klock back-to-back Marcel Dettmann, spread across the festival’s other 6 stages. Moving down the festival schedule, we find live sets by Orbital and Floating Points, and DJ sets by Bonobo, Âme, Jon Hopkins, Mr.Scruff, Job Jobse, and The Black Madonna, among many others.

Another side of ADE is the focus on sustainability and environmental awareness, and the 2019 festival will incorporate the Plastic Promise campaign, an initiative with the purpose of reducing plastic use during the event. They promise to bring down the amount of plastic waste by not using plastic in any way, except for plastics designed for recycling and pledge to seek alternatives to plastic and showcase them at their festival.

ADE 2019 kicks off on Wednesday, October 16th and ends on Saturday, October 19th, promising to be yet another exciting edition thanks to an incredible line-up and its developing live music concept.
