Joep Esseling and Bram Harmsen’s cinematic tracks have made Esteble one of the most refreshing properties in electronic music of late. Their supreme quality is much lauded with productions being signed to renowned international imprints like Diynamic Music, Anjunadeep, Stil Vor Talent and Laut & Luise.
The Rotterdam natives have found support in many quarters, including BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac, Matthias Meyer, Max Cooper and Solomun, while showcasing their eclectic brand of electronic music at festivals around the world such as Into the Woods, Shoeless Festival, Feel Festival, Edit Festival, and Pleinvrees.
The Dutch due have been ascending the deep & melodic scene with their recent releases receiving widespread acclaim. The summer of 2018 saw the release of a 4-track project with the acclaimed German label Laut & Luise. The Ardent EP is a mesmerizing collection which impresses by its wholesomeness and underlying threads that manage to fill every inch of the canvas over the course of each track.
Esteble unveiled their live show at Into the Woods festival at 2019’s Amsterdam Dance Event. Utilizing old gems, unreleased material, and some of their favorite remixes and tracks of late, the hybrid set was a huge success. They continue to develop and reimagine their show to give it a fresh flavor each time they take the stage.
The most recent Esteble EP has come via Do Not Sit on the Furniture, the esteemed Miami-based label which is at the forefront of the deep and melodic scene. The Midnight Wanderer EP encompasses three tracks stuffed with deep grooves and emotive melodies. The duo has a knack for creating tracks that are fit for both the club and headphones, and this release is the perfect example of their versatility and understanding of sonic storytelling.
With a new remix for Budakid flying high in the charts, Esteble are primed to continue their surge in 2019.
