Fideles are an Italian duo formed by Daniele Aprile & Mario Roberti with a knack for harnessing the thundering power of techno while infusing it with melody and feeling, earning them a wide recognition among the dance music scene which has lead them to play at some of the world’s top venues, also producing a slew of releases since their 2010 inception, some of which come from the most forward-thinking labels out there today.
An ample discography and an impressive array of performances in the world’s top locations and events are only the surface of what Fideles truly represent, an elegant and progressive approach to techno that stands out among their countless peers. Their epic production style of building layers upon layers of sound is truly a unique thing to behold, bringing them to the forefront of the new techno scene and placing them in a league of their own.
Their music has found a home in some of the scene’s most renowned record labels, such as Bedrock, Stil Vor Talent, Afterlife, Innervisions and Exit Strategy, and included in the sets of world-class DJs like Laurent Garnier and Solomun. In their relatively short existence, Fideles have earned the respect and admiration of many of the top players in dance music, with their ‘Resonant’ single being included in Tale Of Us’ fabric97 compilation and their track ‘The Border’ on Exit Strategy being featured in Pete Tong’s favorites of 2017 as evidence to the fact. Always a productive duo, they have kept themselves busy in the studio, with a second EP for Afterlife and a string of releases scheduled for 2019.
Fideles have manned the decks at places like Printworks (London), Amnesia (Ibiza), Rex Club (Paris), Watergate (Berlin) and Fabric (London). This year, they bring their elegant, contemporary sound to North America, with four confirmed shows in September 2019.
First, they will be on the West Coast at San Francisco’s Club 251 on September 13th. Then a second show will be taking place at Civic Center Studios in Los Angeles on the 14th, hosted by NXT Entertainment. On the next weekend Fideles will be moving to the East Coast with the Mind Matter collective at New York’s Bogart House on September 20th, and finishing the tour Daniele and Mario will be on the 21st at Saint Peterburg’s MORPH invited by local crew t3chn0 faction.
