Miami, Where Are My Keys?

Miami has consistently upheld its rightful ranking when it comes to being a prime location for regional festival destinations, and the Virginia Key Beach Park has quickly become a highly sought-after locale for music festivities.

With its mile-long shoreline next to sparkling blue seas, party goers have often enjoyed experiencing some of the best underground talent, all the while reveling in the stunning, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay.

On Sunday, April 16, Electric Pickle Company in partnership with Carlos Llanos and PL0T presents Where Are My Keys? What began as a remote two-day event during Art Basel 2016, is now returning to a scenic, lush, secluded area of Virginia Key. Music lovers come together to collectively share in enjoying the sounds of today’s most innovative DJs in an undiscovered corner of old Miami.

Not surprisingly the team of music specialists has curated an equally impressive lineup for this edition of ‘Where Are My Keys?’.The roster of artists includes  Kompakt-frequenter Rebolledo, Life and Death mastermind DJ Tennis, psychedelic-electronic act Red Axes. Clearly, this event promises to take guests on a lively, trippy, and mind-blowing journey!

Once arriving, music lovers will instantly be welcomed by infectious music with a backdrop of Virginia Key’s vibrant tropical colors. The music adventure continues as artists play for 12 hours with no set restrictions, while music lovers dance on a sandy dance floor in the warm ocean breeze.

Since opening their doors in 2008, the Electric Pickle has become Miami’s premier boutique music venue. Notorious for pushing boundaries with forward-thinking artists, the unique nightclub has earned its name as one of the Top 10 Nightclubs in the US by Rolling Stone Magazine, as well asTop 25 Nightclubs in the World by Resident Advisor.

For more than 10 years, PL0T has been a major contributor to the underground dance music scene in Miami, promoting events in the city’s best venues, debuting and nurturing a number of international acts in the area – including: Seth Troxler, Mano Le Tough, DJ Tennis, Job Jobse, and Bob Moses to name a few.
