Printworks: a new cultural and music option in London

The venue is set to open on February 4th, 2017.

The city of London is about to welcome Printworks, a groundbreaking new multi purpose event space. The venue is a 5,000 capacity and licenced for music and the arts.

The 16-acre site once used as a newspaper printing facility involves six vast events spaces, all arranged over multiple levels with a maze of corridors and rooms.  The new venue will be hosting a wide range of cultural and music related gatherings, including topics like arts, fashion, film, food, immersive theatre and dance.

Printworks’ music programme is ran by LWE, a well-known London promoter involving culture’s leading figures like Nina Kraviz, Seth Troxler, Floating Points, Luciano, Adam Beyer and more.

Running from midday to 10pm, the venue’s first event ‘Launch Extravaganza will take place on February 4th with a three-way back-to-back set from some of the industries top artists like Seth Troxler, Loco Dice and The Martinez Brothers. Also William Djoko, Krankbrother, Geddes and G.Walker will support the headliners in this special occasion.

Printworks is located in London’s Surreys Quays Road, Docklands area.
