Printworks London announces biggest season to date

The musical institution is about to deliver a series of remarkable events.

Printworks London has announced a high-profile program for 2019’s last quarter, including three different venues at new locations, The Drumsheds in Enfield and Magazine London in Greenwich. On September 28th the season will start hosting more than 30 shows and booking 0ver 200 artists.

The opening includes names such as Amelie Lens, Nicole Moudaber, Nastia, Luigi Madonna, B.Traits, Sofia Kourtesis, Milo Spykers, Farrago, Blasha & Allatt, Kiera Scuro and Øliver x faux naïf. On next Friday, October 4th, the attendees will be able to enjoy Hunee back-to-back Antal and Motor City Drum Ensemble at Printworks Presents. The next day, Drum n Bass iconic label Metalheadz will celebrate 25 years led by the headline set of Goldie back-to-back Doc Scott. Artists such as DJ Zinc, David Rodigan MBE, Fabio and Grooverider, and a very special guest to be announced soon will be also part of the lineup.

In addition, The Hydra will bring Bonobo’s acclaimed series of events, Outlier, to the London venue on Saturday, October 12th alongside with Omar-S, Leon Vynehall and Mr. Saturday Night. At the end of the month, on Friday, October 25th, The Hydra will return for an all-day session curated by Jon Hopkins with Daniel Avery, Seefeel will be performing his debut album ‘Quique’, Kelly Lee Owens, Kiasmos, Lone, Nathan Fake and more.

November begins with ‘Gou Talk’, Peggy Gou’s talk. During the rest of the month, artists such as Denis Sulta, Gerd Janson, Eclair Fifi, Virginia, Prins Thomas, Ryan Elliott will be presented. There will also be Bugged Out! events with Green Velvet, Dusky, Modeselektor, Erol Alkan back-to-back Tiga, among others. At the end of the month, Crucast will throw a party, and Afterlife will return to Printworks for another Tale of Us and friends session on Saturday 30th November.

In mid-December, attendees will be able to experience La Discothéque with Mr. Scruff, Derrick Carter, Artwork, Fleetmac Wood, Crazy P Soundsystem and more. In addition, The Hydra will host a pre-Christmas jam with Robert Hood, Marcel Dettmann, Marcel back-to-back DJ Stingray, Dave Clarke, Vitalic, DJ Bone, and Levon Vincent.
