Chicago wants to bring back Frankie Knuckles mural

Various artists are collaborating on this street art tribute.

The iconic Frankie Knuckles wall was demolished back in 2015. Now, Chicago’s music community has created a campaign in order to raise funds to recreate the mural in a different spot.

The project has been impulsed by The Frankie Knuckles Foundation, involving West Loop designer Levar Hoard and the B_line team. Michael Tupak, Flash, B-Boy B, Dez AIR and Skol CMW are some of the graphic artists that will be collaborating in the mural.

More details will be announced soon. Click here to donate.
