Adam Beyer has released ‘The Distance Between Us’, the latest track from his forthcoming album ‘Explorer Vol.1’, which will be Beyer’s first LP in over two decades, and is set to arrive on June 13th, 2025, via Drumcode.
Premiered in recent high-profile sets at Ultra and Drumsheds, ‘The Distance Between Us’ stands out for its unexpected sonic direction. The track showcases laser-sharp new wave synths and arpeggiated melodies, offering a bold contrast to last week’s release, ‘Hypnotic’.
“‘The Distance Between Us’ is my take on indie-electronic. Arpeggiators, synths, ’80s melodies, big hooks. Still not sure where it came from creatively, but I love it,” said Beyer.
The release follows a string of milestones around the album rollout, including a 12,000-capacity Drumcode party at Drumsheds, a surprise London pop-up event, and billboard campaigns across Leicester Square and Stratford.
