Musumeci delivers the latest installment in the EG Mix series with a session that captures the essence of his sonic identity, as part of the OFF:BERLIN event happening in Barcelona on June 13th, 2025. The mix, now streaming on EG’s SoundCloud and Mixcloud platforms, features exclusive tracks and unreleased material from both his personal catalog and record labels.
The EG.1030 mix showcases a range of upcoming releases from Somethingnu, Engrave Ltd, Multinotes, and Buttress, alongside new singles and remixes by Musumeci himself. Listeners will encounter music by Bozart, Borgetti, Ayala, Ivan Masa, Jordan Lev, Maho, Gleb Filipchenkow, Phunkadelica, Emjie, Vite, and Miganova, woven into a seamless listening experience.
“My selection for the Electronic Groove mixtape represents the essence of the sound I aim to showcase through my labels and productions,” says Musumeci. “It features upcoming releases from Somethingnu, Engrave Ltd, Multinotes, and Buttress, along with a few of my upcoming singles and remixes.”
Musumeci is the alias of Mauro Di Martino, a Sicilian DJ and producer active since the late ’80s. With over 200 original works and remixes released in the past decade, he has appeared on esteemed imprints such as Bedrock, Connaisseur, Compost Black Label, Correspondant, Diynamic Music, Future Disco, Innervisions, MoBlack, Kompakt, Permanent Vacation, Toy Tonics, and Watergate. He is also the founder of Engrave Ltd, Multinotes Recordings, and Buttress Records, and has contributed mixes to platforms like Circolo, Transitions, and BBC Radio.
