ADE reveals the second wave of artists for its 2024 edition

Featuring Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Anyma, Charlotte de Witte, Korolova, Mama Snake, Mau P, Moodymann, and many others.

Amsterdam Dance Event has announced its second wave of artists for the 2024 edition. From October 16th to 20th, this year’s event will showcase over 1,000 events and an estimated 3,000 artists throughout the Dutch city.

The newly revealed lineup boasts a mix of established icons and emerging talents in electronic music. Headliners include techno pioneers Adam Beyer and Amelie Lens, alongside innovative acts like Anyma and Charlotte de Witte. The diverse roster also spotlights underground favorites such as DJ Heartstring, DVS1, and Gene on Earth, as well as local Dutch artists like Eefje de Visser and Job Jobse.

ADE 2024 will kick off with a series of opening concerts blending music, visual arts, and cultural experiences. Highlights include Nick Verstand’s visual spectacle, Eefje de Visser’s performance at the Van Gogh Museum, a collaboration between Greetje Bijma and Oceanic at Bimhuis, Metropole Orkest’s J Dilla tribute at Melkweg, and an innovative show by Lavinia Meijer and Nikki Hock at Zuiderkerk.

The festival will utilize various venues across Amsterdam, from the former prison De Bajes to the Royal Tropical Institute. Tomorrowland will present Afterlife shows and celebrate its 20th anniversary at the Ziggo Dome. Other performances will take place at unconventional locations like De Hollandsche Manege and Stenen Hoofd.

Complementing the festival, the ADE Pro conference will feature industry leaders and influential artists. Attendees can expect discussions with Martin Garrix, Mau P, Indira Paganotto, Ellen Allien, Chris Stussy, Sama’ Abdulhadi, Sara Landry, and Miss Monique. Topics will range from touring strategies and live event production to emerging club scenes and artist reinvention in the evolving electronic music landscape.

Techno titans Carl Craig and Marcel Dettmann will perform alongside house music legends Kerri Chandler and Louie Vega. Rising stars Charlie Sparks, Effy, and Partiboi69 will share stages with established acts including Boris Brejcha, Paul van Dyk, and Tale Of Us, offering a diverse musical experience for all attendees.
