UK’s Friends of Friends Festival returns with its second edition

The festival emphasizes inclusivity, community, and sustainability.

The Friends of Friends Festival returns to Winchester from June 21st-23rd, 2024 offering an immersive journey through music and art for all music lovers. As a festival designed to unite different musical tastes and foster community, the event transcends genre boundaries.

This year’s lineup brings  DJ Assault as the main headliner, alongside other renowned artists including  Caitlin and the Son Collective, Case,  Danny Rankin (DJ Decoy Kurupt FM), DJ Streaks, House of Gaffe, Santanna Oush, Afro Medusa, Us, and many more.

The festival director, Bethany Moreton, expresses her joy in gathering talented individuals in a setting that encourages self-expression. The festival incorporates a narrative approach, blurring reality lines and integrating the surroundings into an immersive world.

In addition to music and art, the festival features a Caribbean food vendor, interactive installations, and clothing stalls from Brick Lane. Festival curator, Milo, emphasizes the essence of festivals as places of freedom and connection, especially amidst the increasing financial inaccessibility of mainstream festivals.

Friends of Friends Festival, launched in 2023, is a celebration of music, community, and friendship. Focusing on inclusivity, diversity, and sustainability, it welcomes everyone and has become a summer staple attracting local and international artists.
