Swedish Grammy nominees, Sebastian Mullaert and Henrik Frendin, have launched their new electro-acoustic music project ‘Hind’ under Lamour Records.

This LP is a culmination of four decades of musical exploration, and includes tracks like the tranquil ‘Dawn,’ the melodic ‘Stepping Stone,’ and ‘Hind.’ These pieces emerged from in-depth recording sessions where Mullaert altered Frendin’s performance live.

Other tracks, such as ‘Starling Solitude’ and ‘Stardance,’ echo nature’s rhythm, while ‘The Fogs’ and ‘Another Form of Wings’ highlight their profound sound connection. The eerie ambiance slowly unveils itself in ‘Embrace.’

The duo, who first met in 2006, reignited their creative collaboration in 2024 for the ‘Hind’ project. This was sparked by a chance meeting with a deer during a woodland meditation session.

Mullaert, a prominent figure in electronic dance music, has collaborated with the Zurich Philharmonic Orchestra. Frendin, a top violist in Scandinavia, has led the way in using the Electric Viola Grande.
