In a special collaboration, MarMar has teamed up with Cotton Duck to release a captivating double single, featuring two tracks: ‘Love You’ and ‘All That It Is,’ with the latter featuring the vocals of Australian artist Arnii.
Discussing the creative process behind ‘Love You,’ MarMar shares, “Cotton Duck and I wanted to have fun with the production and try new sounds while making ‘Love You.’ It turned into such a unique tune, honestly. We leaned into some new techniques we have been loving recently and really captured something special to us both.”
Cotton Duck elaborates on their collaboration, stating, “I was able to connect with Mario via his manager, Jez, and instantly grew a connection with him musically & personally. After messaging some quick back-and-forth ideas to each other, we basically ended up finishing the entire song, ‘Love You,’ in 2 days, which was definitely a personal record for me, lol.”
The second track, ‘All That It Is,’ further solidifies the artistic synergy between MarMar and Cotton Duck. MarMar enthusiastically explains, “Gabe and I had way too much fun making our first single together and were eager to keep creating together. This is such a ‘song made with friends’ to me, and I love that.”
