Australian electronic trio Rüfüs Du Sol has just released their fifth studio album, ‘Inhale / Exhale.’ Released under their own Rose Avenue Records in partnership with Reprise, the LP showcases the band’s ongoing musical evolution while retaining their signature emotional depth.
With this record, the trio pushes their creative boundaries, exploring new territories while staying true to their core sound. The result is a collection of tracks that challenge their artistic limits without compromising their distinctive style.
‘Inhale / Exhale’ showcases a diverse range of musical styles. The album features ethereal breakbeats in tracks like ‘Fire/Desire’ and ‘The Life,’ while ‘Pressure’ boasts a robust, electro-inspired bassline reminiscent of mid-2000s productions. The emotive club ballad ‘Edge of the Earth’ further demonstrates the band’s ability to craft compelling, timeless music.
To celebrate this momentous release, Rüfüs Du Sol treated fans to a pop-up performance on Sydney Harbour on October 10th. Set against the iconic backdrop of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, the band delivered a set that perfectly captured the spirit of their new album.
