Theobuntu returns with a new single titled ‘Alright?’, a track that captures the emotional core of his self-defined genre, dreamy dance — a blend of electronic pop, bass music, and dance.
Following the success of ‘Escape Virtuality’ and ‘Into Reality’, which have amassed over 1.2 million streams combined, ‘Alright?’ marks a turning point in Theobuntu’s sonic journey. Influenced by artists like San Holo and AVAION, the song merges heartfelt vocals with a saturated bassline and a galloping rhythm, channeling feelings of hope and compassion through an emotionally charged performance.
“I composed ‘Alright?’ at a pivotal moment in our story. I was full of hope and compassion, trying to stay positive in a relationship that was doomed to fail,” Theobuntu shares.
Launched in 2020, Theobuntu’s artistic universe is built around the concept of the Artefact — a luminous hexagonal entity featured on stage and in all visual branding.
