Known for his deep roots in São Paulo’s underground scene and international touring schedule, DJ and producer Alistair delivers a refined session for the EG Records mix series, now available on EG platforms Mixcloud and SoundCloud. Drawing from nearly twenty years of experience, the set bridges early 2000s house textures with modern progressive and techno elements.
This mix features edits and mashups from Alistair himself, alongside tracks from The Greek vs DP-6, Gaston Ponte, Tvardovsky, Luciano Scheffer, Juan Lagisquet, Randall Jones, Lanvary, Gabo Martin, Roger Martinez, Tali Muss, Meeting Molly, Maze 28, EMPHI, Michael Bennett, Hypno, Mike Vandenberg, Mavi, and Yunus vs. Subsky. Highlights include his dub edit of Tali Muss’ ‘Spooky Loops’ and a mashup of Michael Bennett vs Hypno’s ‘Nyambi Arnhem Land’.
Alistair has been a co-founder and resident of MBR, one of São Paulo’s most respected event series. He also helms Gooseneck Records, launched in 2011 and home to over 70 releases. The label has fostered talent both local and global through tours, showcases, and recent collaborations such as the ‘Espiritualidade’ EP with Tokyo’s Hideo Kobayashi.
