Adana Twins’ Friso Traas and Digitalism’s Jens Moelle have joined forces as 2FA, unveiling their debut EP, ‘Liquid Bodies’, via Kitsuné Musique.
Based between Lisbon and Hamburg, Friso and Jens spent years as neighbors before finally collaborating. Their first joint effort appeared on the Robert Johnson compilation with ‘Neue Realität’. That track laid the foundation for a new, deeper partnership as 2FA.
Their debut EP for Kitsuné, ‘Liquid Bodies’, is a two-track exploration of movement and atmosphere. The title track floats on cascading synths and rolling rhythms, offering a dancefloor meditation on fluidity and transformation. ‘Orbit’ follows with cosmic pulses, coded melodies, and deep-space vocals across a shimmering, immersive landscape.
Blending post-punk, new wave, and Italo Cyber Disco influences, the duo delivers an analog-meets-digital aesthetic full of sharp vocals and hypnotic grooves. The project thrives on contrast—disco and punk energy, melodic and experimental textures—crafted for festivals, open-air stages, and art-driven environments.
