South America first hooked Emil Toledo on smooth melodic grooves that carry genuine feeling. Time spent playing across Europe then taught him how hypnotic house can sit beside untamed techno for a sound that lifts a crowd without losing its edge. Each stamp in his passport now shows up in the way he blends and selects music.
Emil began behind the decks in Peru, winning spots as a Red Bull and Pioneer resident thanks to the DJ College of Music, where he trained. Those early nights saw him share booths with Darren Emerson, Christian Smith, and Sandra Collins. Once comfortable on stage he moved into the studio, teaming up with Latin American artists and carving out a style rooted in house and techno while still open to fresh ideas.
Today he lives in the United States, studies Electronic Music Production and Sound Design at Berklee College of Music, and keeps local dance floors moving with sets that mirror his wide horizon.
