Chris Avantgarde has announced his forthcoming debut album ‘Hyperreal’, set for release in 2026. The LP will arrive via his newly launched imprint of the same name, in collaboration with boom. records. Leading the rollout is the first single, ‘Energy’, now available on all major platforms.
Following a standout summer that included collaborations with Anyma and Adam Beyer, B2B sets alongside Enrico Sanguiliano and Kevin de Vries, and appearances at festivals like Ultra, EDC, and Tomorrowland, Chris now turns inward to explore his own creative direction. ‘Energy’ marks the first glimpse into the sonic identity of ‘Hyperreal’, a project shaped by club precision and cinematic flair.
“‘Hyperreal’ marks the launch of my new label and debut album, combining all my influences and music I play live into one coherent project. It’s an ode to versatility and freedom, unconstrained by genre limitations yet still a consecutive sounding project with my signature on every piece of output,” explains Chris.
‘Energy’ has already picked up support from Tiësto, Oliver Heldens, Adriatique, Pete Tong, Massano, and others. The six-minute single blends hypnotic synths, sawing basslines, and rolling percussion for a peak-time club cut, offering a mechanical yet emotive preview of what’s to come.
