Belgian four-piece Stavroz are set to release their next studio album, ‘Take a Seat’, on October 17th, 2025, via Moodfamily, and offer an early glimpse with the new single ‘Para Rio’.
Known for their acoustic-infused blend of rock and electronica, Stavroz’s latest body of work sees the group continuing to blur genre lines in unexpected ways. ‘Take a Seat’ features a standout collaboration with Ry X and includes a number of emotionally driven pieces, with ‘Para Rio’ among the most intimate.
Written for the newborn daughter of one of the members, ‘Para Rio’ offers a delicate moment of warmth and vulnerability. “We played it with the same tenderness you’d have holding a baby for the first time – delicate, careful, full of emotion. It still sounds like us, but maybe with a little more heart,” the band shared. The track blends live instrumentation with melodic electronica in a reflective, heartfelt arrangement.
