Manchester-based label Sprechen celebrates a decade in operation with the release of ‘Ein Null: 10 Years Of Sprechen’, a compilation of exclusive new tracks from its extended artist family.
Founded in 2015 by Chris Massey, Sprechen has become a key voice in Manchester’s electronic underground—championing a wide spectrum of sounds and fostering a tight-knit creative community. The label’s ethos has always been rooted in freedom of expression, with no allegiance to a single genre.
‘Ein Null’ showcases that spirit through an eclectic set of contributions from long-time collaborators and new friends alike. The lineup includes PBR Streetgang, A Certain Ratio, Lindstrøm and The Thief Of Time, Gina Breeze, Léna C., The Utopia Strong, Psychederek, Supernature Disco, Low Pulse, and Massey himself. Together, they deliver a diverse blend of club-ready cuts and abstract listening pieces that connect dancefloors to more psychedelic terrain.
To mark the release, Sprechen is hosting a celebration at BRUK in Stockport on Saturday, September 20th. The night will feature DJ sets from Chris Massey, Léna C., Supernature, Psychederek, and Old Pal, alongside a vinyl sleeve art exhibition tracing the label’s journey. Grab your tickets here.
