British GRAMMY-nominated artist Elderbrook has teamed up with German live electronic innovator Jan Blomqvist for their new single ‘Teardrop’, now available via the Mine Recordings imprint.
The track opens with haunting vocals and a subtle bassline before unfolding into a euphoric yet introspective journey. Merging Elderbrook’s detail-rich production with Blomqvist’s cinematic sensibilities, ‘Teardrop’ strikes a delicate balance between groove and melancholy, blending dancefloor momentum with emotional depth.
Known for the global hit ‘Cola’ with CamelPhat, Elderbrook has since delivered three studio albums and collaborated with acts like Diplo, Bob Moses, and RÜFÜS DU SOL. His performances have spanned stages such as Red Rocks and Coachella’s Sahara Stage. Jan Blomqvist, meanwhile, remains a central figure in melodic techno, bringing his live vocal-driven sets to festivals like Burning Man and ADE, and recently launched his own label, Disconnected.
