Selim Sivade is a producer and musician specializing in electronic music, with a career spanning over a decade within the European and global underground scene.
He began his journey under the alias Villanova between 2013 and 2016, performing at renowned clubs and festivals such as Space Ibiza, Rex Club Paris, Le Sucre Lyon, Les Transmusicales (Rennes), Nuits Sonores (Lyon), and Sónar Festival (Barcelona). During this period, he released music on respected labels including Cocoon Recordings, N°19 Music, My Favorite Robot, Off Recordings, and Rebirth, establishing himself as a versatile and forward-thinking artist.
In the following years, Selim explored new creative directions through different projects and aliases, most notably Fetnat on Berlin-based label Nous Disques. This chapter of his career earned support from influential figures such as Larry Heard, with his tracks being played by artists like Lee Gamble, Joy Orbison, and other key names in contemporary electronic music.
Today, Selim produces under his real name, Selim Sivade, embracing new sonic territories and a more personal artistic identity. His recent work includes collaborations with Meloko’s label Azzur Music and releases on imprints such as Madora (MIDH). His productions have received support from acclaimed artists including Adam Port, Rampa, Shimza, Jimi Jules, and Dixon, reflecting his continued evolution within experimental, club-focused, and textural electronic music.
Beyond his work as a producer, Selim Sivade is an active member of the Azzur Music and Betonbrut Label teams, contributing both creatively and behind the scenes. With a growing and engaged following and a strong presence in the scene, he now makes his exclusive debut with us on Bréton Brut, presenting his new track “Up 21.”
