Legendary Manchester club FAC51 The Haçienda is set to relaunch in Bangkok on Wednesday, January 24th, 2026, transforming Ambience Space into a multi-room, 2,000-capacity dance festival.
Headlined by a debut Bangkok DJ set from Basement Jaxx, the all-day event marks The Haçienda’s biggest production in the Thai capital so far. Joining them is original Haçienda co-owner and Joy Division/New Order bassist Peter Hook, alongside key Manchester names 808 State, Jon Dasilva, and DJ Paulette. International names Move D, Huerta, and Liquid Earth round out the program, with local support from Bangkok-based crews Yellowfang, Pissawong, More Rice, Kangkao, and others.
Celebrating both heritage and new energy, the event honors the lasting connection between Manchester and Bangkok’s dancefloors. Born in 1982, The Haçienda helped define club culture, and its influence continues to resonate globally. Peter Hook’s presence ties the relaunch directly to its roots, while artists like Move D, Huerta, and Liquid Earth continue its ethos of forward-thinking sounds.
Three rooms will host different energies throughout the venue. Room 2 is curated by Transport in honor of Transport’s 10th anniversary. Room 3 spotlights local collectives, record stalls, and official Haçienda merchandise.
The event is produced in collaboration with Maho Rasop, Bar Temp, Bangkok Community Radio, and others, with tickets limited to just 2,000 attendees.
