Audio-Technica has introduced its latest turntable, the AT-LP7X. The new belt-driven model was officially launched at CES 2026 in Las Vegas.
Finished in matte black, the AT-LP7X updates the Japanese manufacturer’s 2019 AT-LP7 unit. Designed with clean lines and a minimalist profile, the turntable features a heavy MDF plinth and an acrylic platter engineered for smoother playback.
The J-shaped tonearm, built from aluminium, references classic Audio-Technica models from the 1960s and 1970s. The AT-LP7X ships with an AT-VM95E cartridge pre-mounted on an AT-LT10 headshell and includes a built-in phono preamp. Users can also swap in any stylus from the VM95 Series.
The AT-LP7X joins Audio-Technica’s growing lineup of audiophile turntables, following the release of the AT-LPA2 in 2025 and the AT-LP8X in 2024.
