TOMORA, the collaboration between The Chemical Brothers’ Tom Rowlands and Norwegian artist AURORA, have released their debut album ‘Come Closer’. The 12-track record is out now via Capitol Records, arriving just ahead of the project’s return to Coachella following their U.S. live debut.

Available across digital platforms as well as CD and multiple vinyl formats, ‘Come Closer’ captures the pair’s shared vision developed between their respective studios in England and Norway. The album blends contrasting elements, as the duo explains: “This is the music that we’ve been waiting to make…the hardness with the soft, the ugly with the beautiful… It’s about connection. It is our own world — one that only exists when we meet and create together.”

Alongside the LP, TOMORA have also shared ‘I Drink The Light’, a new single that reflects the record’s tonal range. The track debuted via BBC Radio 6 Music and is now available across all platforms. Speaking on its creation, they said: “We wrote ‘I DRINK THE LIGHT’ whilst watching the light glitter and dance off the shimmering fjord in Norway. We wanted to write a song that felt like witnessing the wonders of Earth for the very first time.”

The album follows a series of key moments for the project, including sold-out debut shows in Manchester and London, and two Coachella performances. Early reactions highlight the record’s fusion of styles, with references to techno, trip-hop, and progressive influences.
