EG en Español celebrates 400 podcast episodes with Julio Victoria

The series milestone coincides with the platform surpassing 1.5 million total plays.

EG en Español has reached a significant milestone with the release of the 400th episode of its podcast series, featuring Colombian artist Julio Victoria. The landmark edition arrives as the platform celebrates surpassing 1.5 million total plays since its inception in 2016.

The 400th episode highlights a long-standing commitment to the Spanish-speaking electronic music community. Since launching with EGE.001 Ezequiel Arias, the series has served as a consistent outlet for both established icons and rising talent within the regional scene.

Julio Victoria’s contribution to the series focuses on a balanced blend of melodic tension and refined house music. His selection mirrors the editorial direction of the podcast, which prioritizes musical identity over fleeting industry trends.

Over the past decade, the series has featured high-profile contributions from artists including Barem, Pao Calderon, Graziano Raffa, German Brigante, Rivellino, Mariano Mellino, Ella Romand, D Formation, Kevin Di Serna, Santiago Garcia, Brian Cid, Kike Roldan, Martín García, Fur Coat, DJ Chus, Henry Saiz, Ricky Ryan, Argenis Brito, among many others. The most successful entry to date remains episode 130, delivered by Argentine progressive house pioneer Hernán Cattáneo, which continues to hold the record for the most-streamed installment in the archive.
