Philipp Lauer has spent more than two decades building one of electronic music’s most respected catalogs. Since releasing his debut 12” in 2000, the Frankfurt based artist has become known for his sharp studio work, wide musical range, and tireless creative output.

As CEO of the infamous Pyramide II studio, his remix count has passed 200 and keeps rising, with credits for Sven Väth, Pet Shop Boys, M83, S Express, Falco, Tears For Fears, and many more.

His solo work as Lauer has landed on labels such as Running Back, Permanent Vacation, Beats In Space, LARJ, and Futureboogie, while his collaborative projects show another side of his craft. Tuff City Kids with Gerd Janson, Black Spuma with Fabrizio Mammarella, and TNP with Tim Sweeney all reflect his restless studio mind.

With a Discogs page the size of a phone book and a tour schedule that reads like an odyssey, Lauer still sounds like someone just getting started.
