Irvine Welsh and The Sci-Fi Soul Orchestra have unveiled a new remix installment connected to the ‘Men In Love’ album with the release of the ‘Men In Love (Reimagined EP3)’ package via Port Sunshine Recordings.

The release arrives as part of the wider celebration surrounding the 30th anniversary of Trainspotting, following the success of Welsh’s ‘Men In Love’ novel and its companion disco album. The project previously reached No.3 in the Independent Album Breakers Chart and received support across BBC Radio, Channel 4, and a range of international publications.

Leading the latest remix collection is London-based producer Hilit Kolet with her reinterpretation of ‘Dreams,’ alongside new versions from Brighton duo Black Octopus and Renude19 with Alex Ball. The package continues a remix series that has already featured contributions from Greg Wilson, Rob Davy, and Nick Reach-Up vs Steve Mac.

The new remixes have also received support from artists including Jamie Jones, Laurent Garnier, and Severino Panzetta.
