Nautica make their return to 8bit with the ‘Do Anything’ EP, a four-track release landing on 29th May that leans into movement, control and understated energy. Rather than chasing peak-time theatrics, the project is built around flow, offering a continuous, locked-in listening experience designed to keep dancers engaged from start to finish.

Across the EP, the UK duo refine the core principles that have shaped their rise over the past decade. Rolling drums, tightly programmed percussion and warm, elastic low-end form the backbone, while melodic elements are introduced with restraint, adding colour without pulling focus away from the groove. The result is a body of work that prioritises feel over flash, crafted for long sets, terrace moments and dancefloors that favour consistency over spectacle.

There is a clear sense of intention behind the arrangement throughout. Each track feeds into the next in spirit, maintaining a steady pulse that encourages movement rather than interruption. Subtle shifts in rhythm, tone and texture keep things evolving, allowing the EP to breathe while never losing momentum. It is a sound rooted in understanding how people actually move in a club, built for DJs who want to hold a room rather than spike it.

For Nautica, ‘Do Anything’ arrives at a point where experience meets confidence. Josh Lewis and Caolan Savage have spent close to ten years developing their identity, with releases across respected imprints including 8bit,  PIV and Solid Grooves, alongside performances at leading venues such as DC-10, Fabric and The Warehouse Project. That depth shows here, not through excess, but through control and clarity in their production.

Recent momentum has only sharpened their trajectory. Their track ‘Sway’ became one of 8bit’s standout records of late 2025, gaining widespread DJ support and reinforcing their position within the modern House landscape. Alongside this, their own imprint TYDE has given them a platform to push their sound further, both in releases and in the curation of their own events.

The ‘Do Anything’ EP reflects that evolution. It is less about individual moments and more about the full journey, designed for dancers who stay, listen and move with the music rather than waiting for the drop.

Release date: May 29th, 2026.
