AFROJACK has brought his Kapuchon project to Jamie Jones’ Hot Creations imprint with the release of ‘Secret Moves’. The single marks the alias’s first appearance on the label and continues its exploration of house and techno-driven club material.
Built around a rolling groove, heavy low-end pressure, and subtle shifts in arrangement, ‘Secret Moves’ is designed for peak-time dancefloors while maintaining the stripped-back approach that has become a hallmark of the Kapuchon project.
Created as an outlet for productions that sit outside AFROJACK’s main-stage catalogue, Kapuchon allows the Dutch producer to reconnect with the sounds that shaped his early years in electronic music. Recent releases under the alias have highlighted a deeper focus on club functionality and underground aesthetics.
