Lucid Group, Inc. has set a Guinness World Records title in collaboration with Saudi electronic music duo Dish Dash.
The activation brought together 61 electronic music artists for an eight-hour online DJ mixing video relay powered exclusively by the Lucid Gravity Grand Touring. The performance used the vehicle to power the mixers, production equipment, and speakers required for the session.
The achievement marked the largest number of electronic music artists to perform using sound equipment powered solely by an electric vehicle. According to the announcement, the Lucid Gravity offers a projected range of over 700 kilometers and optional upgrades for up to three 220V power outlets, each capable of delivering 3.3kW.
“Seeing 61 DJs come together on one stage with Lucid Motors was a powerful reminder of the depth of talent we have locally. We’re proud to have created this moment with everyone involved,” said Dish Dash.
The collaboration connected Lucid’s electric vehicle technology with Dish Dash’s role in Saudi Arabia’s electronic music scene.
