Budakid has presented his first album, ‘Dreams Stretched Beyond’, on digital formats and double vinyl through his own Flores label. The project marks a significant milestone for the Dutch-Indonesian producer, DJ, singer, and multi-instrumentalist, bringing together material developed over several years in the Austrian Alps.
Recorded using live instruments, synthesizers, and Budakid’s own vocals, the album expands on the producer’s established sound while introducing a more personal lyrical dimension. Across tracks such as ‘Lovin’ Sun’, ‘Endless’, ‘Chromium’, and ‘Hearts’, organic instrumentation meets cinematic electronic arrangements.
The record moves through melodic house, progressive textures, breakbeats, and deeper atmospheric moments, maintaining a cohesive narrative from beginning to end. Tracks including ‘Dream Atlas’, ‘Movin’ On’, ‘Is No Ova’, ‘Tannenheim’, and ‘Where It Goes’ further showcase the breadth of the album’s sonic palette.
