“À la vie, à la mer” is the first single of Vella’s album, produced by Alberto Stuto aka Büo for Ritu Records.
It will be available on all digital platforms starting July 23, 2026. The track is as carefree and lighthearted as it is demanding in its lyrics. Through a fresh vocal performance, the project invites listeners to reflect on the process of naturalizing introspective work, aimed at personal evolution and the art of letting go.
Quoting imagery such as “la chiaise pliant”, “Comme tes gouaches, After your blood is gone” and “Elle a du plomb this song”, the artist rhetorically represents life’s various moments of suffering and instability, all lightened by playful sounds that leave behind a psychedelic sillage.
