Roche Musique has just released ‘InnerFaces,’ a posthumous EP from French producer Thomas Thierry aka Kartell.
The project captures Kartell returning to his electronic and club roots, following his debut album and earlier work with the French independent label. Developed before his passing in 2025, the release preserves his original demos to maintain his distinct artistic vision.
Across eight tracks, the EP blends club-focused rhythms with nostalgic melodies, featuring a collaboration with Katu on the track ‘Augustine’s Rave.’
Emerging in the early 2010s, Kartell became a central figure in Paris’s house and disco scene, releasing his debut ‘Riviera’ EP on Roche Musique in 2012 before touring internationally.
