Adam Beyer has unveiled ‘Desolate Lands’, created in collaboration with Chris Avantgarde. This release marks another glimpse into Beyer’s upcoming album ‘Explorer Vol.1’, his first LP in over two decades.

Following singles ‘Explorer’, ‘Hypnotic’ (with HNTR featuring Kygo), and ‘Alto’ with Layton Giordani, Beyer continues unveiling his upcoming album. The rollout includes a 12,000-capacity Drumcode event at Drumsheds, a London pop-up, Spotify’s Techno State playlist takeover, and his first BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix since 2006.

‘Desolate Lands’ combines Avantgarde’s cinematic production sensibility with Beyer’s signature club-oriented style. The result is a dynamic and expansive track that balances emotional tension with percussive drive.

“Chris and I have been hanging out a lot the past year or so. He sent me a half-finished idea, and I took it from there, added drums, synths, rearranged it, and added a small but emotional vocal sample. This one’s gotten a massive reaction. I am really proud of it,” says Beyer.
