Renowned DJs and producers, Albuquerque and Emi Galvan, have joined forces to deliver a musical journey with their latest EP, ‘Stay High,’ released under the Warung Recordings label.
Hailing from Brazil and Argentina respectively, these talented artists have created a captivating collection of tracks that showcase their unique blend of hypnotic atmospheres and irresistible dancefloor grooves.
The EP captures the essence and energy of the renowned Warung Beach Club, known for its association with the Progressive House genre. The title track, ‘Stay High’, features an arpeggiated and hypnotic synth line, seductive vocals, and a danceable groove. The second track, ‘Don’t Kill The Messenger,’ takes a more aggressive approach with powerful synthesizers, enhancing the EP’s progressive and hypnotic allure.
Adding to the EP is a remix of ‘Stay High’ by Brazilian artist RIGOONI. This remix offers a slightly more introspective and intoxicating aesthetic, incorporating melodic pads and introducing new sounds that enhance the composition.
According to Albuquerque, “The EP is an invitation to the dance floor to be hypnotized and carried away. It combines the hypnotic atmosphere with the dancefloor groove inherent in me and Emi.”
