Chicago-based imprint Twirl is releasing Alinka’s ‘Day Dreamer’ EP. The lead single has been released in advance of the full album, which is set to drop on July 21st, 2023.
Alinka created the EP in the aftermath of her grandmother’s death, who helped raise her. She also came to terms with the escalation of the war in Ukraine. In creating the musical package, she found comfort and healing from the grief that was engulfing her.
