AlphaTheta, the company behind the Pioneer DJ brand, has unveiled its latest innovation: the HDJ-F10 wireless headphones.

The HDJ-F10’s key feature is its SonicLink technology, which uses a dedicated transmitter for near-latency-free audio. This solves the Bluetooth latency issue that previously made wireless headphones impractical for professional DJs.

These headphones feature a 40mm driver, delivering high-volume playback with a low-end response. A cleverly designed bass reflex air duct ensures tight, controlled bass, allowing DJs to accurately gauge the impact of kicks and bass lines before mixing.

While SonicLink mode is optimized for professional use, the headphones also offer traditional Bluetooth connectivity for casual listening on smart devices. A noise-canceling mode makes them ideal for travel, and a built-in microphone enables seamless call handling.

Battery life is robust: 9 hours in SonicLink mode and 30 hours via Bluetooth. For extended use or low battery situations, the HDJ-F10 offers wired operation. Both the headphones and transmitter charge via USB-C, compatible with modern power solutions.

The AlphaTheta HDJ-F10 is now available for purchase, priced at £369. For more detailed information and specifications, visit the official AlphaTheta website.
