Aureum has just unveiled their latest remix as they present a new and unique take on Azymuth’s 1975 record, ‘Melo da Cuíca’. The new reinterpretation is already available to stream and purchase across all major digital platforms via the Aureum label.
‘Melo da Cuíca’ was originally recorded back in 1975, and in 2017, Bruce Leroys and Aureum were able to convince Azymuth’s members to step back into the iconic Castelo studio and re-record the song. Their remix was approved this 2023 with the blessing of Azymuth’s founding members, expertly blending Brazilian jazz and electronic dance music.
