Following a well-received ADE series, Awakenings is set to return to Halfweg’s SugarFactory with three year-end events across December 30, 31, and January 1. The trilogy promises a diverse sonic journey, moving from warm house tones to late-night techno and a future-facing New Year’s Day celebration.
The series opens on Tuesday, December 30th, with a daytime program centered on house. Gordo and East End Dubs will make their Awakenings debut, joined by Joëlla Jackson, Jamback, and Joseph Capriati, who will depart from his usual techno sound for a special house set.
On Wednesday, December 31st, Awakenings upholds its New Year’s Eve tradition with a powerful night of techno featuring Megan Leber, Grace Dahl and Lobster, Joris Voorn, Pan-Pot, and Speedy J.
The celebrations conclude on Thursday, January 1st, 2026, with a fresh daytime offering that marks Awakenings’ return to New Year’s Day programming. The lineup includes Eva Vrijdag, Lucky Done Gone x Saidah, LB aka Labat, Lammer, Malugi, and DJ Gigola.
With this series, Awakenings continues to develop SugarFactory as its latest home for day and night events, just five minutes by train from Amsterdam Sloterdijk.
