Now, enabling users to create and share playlists of purchased tracks.

Bandcamp has introduced a new playlist feature, currently in beta version, allowing users to curate their own playlists from the music they’ve purchased on the platform.
Dubbed ‘Bandcamp Playlists,’ the feature lets users add custom images, titles, and descriptions to their playlists, which can then be accessed or shared via public links. The platform described the feature in an email to subscribers as “like a mixtape—but digital, personal and powered by real support for artists.”
The update places Bandcamp alongside streaming platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, and SoundCloud, but with a distinct difference: there’s a cap on how many times users can stream a track they haven’t purchased before they must buy it.
