Beartrax marks the 18th release on his Melodize label with two new originals, ‘Opaque’ and ‘Sanctity’. The EP is out now and features remixes from Massimiliano Pagliara and Eliott Litrowski.
‘Opaque’ and ‘Sanctity’ showcase Beartrax’s signature style: deep, rolling cuts with lush violin melodies and a melancholic undercurrent. Massimiliano Pagliara’s rework of ‘Opaque’ adds punchy basslines, dreamy textures, and atmospheric depth. Meanwhile, Eliott Litrowski takes ‘Sanctity’ into a darker, hypnotic territory, blending indie basslines, electro grooves, and new wave influences for a heady result.
The release has already gained early support from names like Sasha, Erol Alkan, DJ Harvey, James Zabiela, Perel, Curses, Joyce Muniz, Âme, and others, further cementing Melodize’s reputation for quality underground sounds.
