Bob Moses is back on the dancefloors with the release of their latest single ‘Old Love’. The new drop sees the duo linking up with New Zealand dream-pop duo BROODS, and is already available to stream and purchase.
Co-written and co-produced by Bob Moses and BROODS (vocalist Georgia Nott and her multi-instrumentalist brother Caleb Nott), the new single ‘Old Love’ unfurls in exquisite tension before its brightly cascading beats and a hypnotic bassline drive the piece into festival grounds.
“Georgia was approaching the lyrics from the perspective of ending a long relationship, but for us it goes back to the whole theme of transition and how uncomfortable that can be,” says Bob Moses’ Tom Howie. “We’re trying to move on but there’s parts of the past we still want to keep, even though we know we can’t — that time is over now.”
