Indo-Dutch DJ & producer Budakid just launched his new label, Flores, debuting with the single ‘Lovin’ Sun’
‘Lovin’ Sun’ stands out with its dreamy delayed guitars and infectious bassline, setting a groove within four bars. A catchy disco drumline and subtle synth layers enhance its cinematic quality. Budakid’s vocals and lyrics like “Love cannot fix this, time cannot tell. You got me running, Sun in my heart,” make it feel refreshingly new yet familiar.
Budakid shares, “Lovin’ Sun is a song that I wrote and recorded in my new studio in the Alps. This track is a tribute to the sun – the light that keeps us all going. The DIY approach of this track is in line with my vision of life. This song epitomizes my love for indie and club music, a mix that has inspired me in my musical direction.”
