Carl Cox has kicked off The Prodigy’s UK tour with a three-deck vinyl set at Glasgow’s OVO Hydro arena, setting the tone for the run’s opening night.

The UK icon hit the stage to loud cheers from the Scottish crowd before diving into classic techno and golden‑era hardcore. The set included DJ Juanito’s ‘Adrenaline Drop’ and DJ Flange’s ‘4 Aces (Mix)’, highlighting Cox’s deep roots in vinyl and club culture.

“Glasgow, you came in strong — the place was moving from the moment we stepped up,” Cox shared via Instagram. The Prodigy also acknowledged his presence on the tour, writing: “Massive respect to Carl for joining us on this tour, ol skool in the house.”

Following Glasgow, the tour has moved through Manchester, Birmingham, and Cardiff, with upcoming stops in Bournemouth and Leeds. Two back-to-back London shows are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, before the final dates in Belfast and Dublin next week. Cox is set to perform across all tour stops.
