Dekmantel Festival has revealed the full program for its 2026 edition, taking place from July 29 to August 2 in Amsterdam. Returning with its largest lineup to date, this year’s event features over 160 acts and introduces new venues, extended hours, and an expanded format across both the city and the forest.
The 12th edition kicks off with an opening concert by Space Afrika at the Oude Kerk before spreading across Amsterdam with newly added venues Paradiso and Melkweg. Thursday’s live programming includes Speedy J’s STOOR project with Aurora Halal, Barker, and Clark, while Melkweg will host DARKSIDE, Headache, NEW YORK, and Juan Atkins presents INFINITI.
Over the weekend, Dekmantel returns to the Amsterdamse Bos, now with a new “At Dawn” concept—three 12-hour daytime programs that run from morning through evening on the RADAR terrain. Highlights include Jeff Mills debuting ‘STARGATE’, DJ Sprinkles with ‘Deeperama’, and a rare DJ set from Sampha. The forest will also host a collaborative live opening by James Holden and Surgeon.
This year’s lineup continues the festival’s focus on legacy and innovation. Underground Resistance returns with Saul Williams, joined by LSD Live, Ricardo Villalobos, and Helena Hauff. Festival debuts include Skin On Skin and Skrillex with RHR. Special performances come from Shanti Celeste, Peach, Saoirse, and Moxie (SASS), Actress & Carl Craig, and a four-way B2B with Ben UFO, Pariah, Objekt, and Call Super.
The program also spotlights dub and bass-rooted acts like Channel One, Shy FX & Tasha, and The Bug & Warrior Queen, while live shows come from The Black Dog and Ron Trent, who will premiere ‘LA MARR’. Local artists featured include Benny Rodrigues, Jyoty, and Konduku, with new projects presented by Makam, Shed, Piezo & upsammy, and CCL.
Continuing its exploration of custom high-fidelity sound, this year’s edition introduces the ON2 soundsystem by NNNN and OJAS, co-created by Devon Turnbull, debuting in the redesigned Greenhouse area.
