DJ Seinfeld has released ‘Plush’, a long-requested club track that has been a fixture in his DJ sets since its early versions first surfaced in 2022.

Originally written that year, the track gradually gained underground attention as Seinfeld tested multiple iterations during live performances over the past two years. Interest intensified after its appearance in one of his live sessions, triggering widespread track ID requests and unofficial uploads online, which ultimately led him to return to the project and complete it.

“I wrote ‘Plush’ back in 2022 and played a couple of different versions of it throughout the years,” he explains. “I couldn’t really figure out what I felt was missing, so I binned it for a bit. Then I saw a couple of ripped versions on SoundCloud around the same time I was getting a lot of messages about it, so I decided to give it another go. Eventually I managed to bring it to a point where I’m really happy with it and enjoy playing it out.”

‘Plush’ marks DJ Seinfeld’s first solo release since 2024 and follows his 2025 collaboration with Confidence Man, ‘The Right’, which has surpassed three million streams. Their earlier track ‘Now U Do’, released in July 2023, exceeded 50 million streams and was added to BBC Radio 1’s A-List.
