fabric Records unveils the latest installment in its long-running series with the release of ‘fabric presents DJ Tennis’. Out today, the mix and accompanying compilation spotlight DJ Tennis’ curatorial range while introducing two original productions, including the new single ‘Hello Hello’.

Reflecting on the project, DJ Tennis shares: Fabric has always been a place where I shaped my taste—getting lost in the middle of the dancefloor, learning to really listen. This mix reflects how I approach music today: psychedelia, sound design, and groove shaped by early rave culture and an experimental, DIY background, beyond genres or formulas. Every track is something I would genuinely play in Room 1, and the cover of the mix says the same thing: a brain on a plate, memory, influence, and process, exposed.”

The 20-track selection moves through a wide spectrum of club-focused sounds, featuring cuts from Fordell Research Unit, Djrum, Rudy With a Hoodie, Vitess, Paperkraft, Giammarco Orsini, Klon Dump, Andre Zimmer, DJ Tennis and Ashee, M-High, PAURRO, ATRIP, Danny Daze and .VRIL, Mungo Sound Machine, Easttown, Josh Wink (M-High Edit), Haris, DJ Romain (DJ Tennis Edit), and Daskal.

Alongside the full mix, ‘Hello Hello’ arrives as a new standalone release on fabric Records. Built around a direct low-end and stripped-back structure, the track adds an original DJ Tennis moment to the compilation’s narrative.

With over 25 years of history, the fabric presents series has featured artists including The Martinez Brothers, Andrew Weatherall, Surgeon, The Streets, and Confidence Man. The addition of DJ Tennis marks another chapter in the label’s ongoing documentation of contemporary electronic music.
